You will require a Storm Collar when installing your flashing to cover the air gap between the top of the flashing and the flue pipe once installed
The hole on this flashing will be 9" external diameter, to match the external diameter of the 9" twin wall. Do note that the hole may be a bit larger than 9" and the purchase of a storm collar is required in addition to the flashing.
