Shipping and Delivery

Due to high demand on all UK Couriers at this time we are finding the average delivery time is around 48 hours from Day of dispatch but this varies across the UK.
We continue Dispatching goods in line with our Standard Delivery and continue to working hard with our Courier Partners to maintain the highest possible service level During this time, but due to the pressure on couriers at this time we cannot Guarantee our normal next day delivery service.

We have temporarily suspended the Premium delivery services we offer in order to maintain our commitments as best as possible during this time, this applies to Premium Before 12pm and Saturday Deliveries.  


When Delivering your items our Courier will only ask for your full name and there is no need to Sign for your Delivery in accordance with Corona Virus advice, the courier may take a picture of the goods as delivered for their proof of Delivery.

Please Note: Whilst every effort is made to get your delivery to you, Please do not prebook your installers or tradesman until your whole order has arrived and been checked.

Our couriers do all in their power to deliver on time and on the day requested. However, on rare occasions there can sometimes be traffic or other issues out of our control that may delay the delivery. We ask our customers not to book any trades people until your order has safely arrived and in good condition..

Returns and Replacements

Please ensure you fill out our returns form for all goods you wish to return to us. All returns should meet our returns policy as described in our terms and conditions. Unwanted goods must be sent back to us via the customer's own means.

All Returns should be sent to Our Supplier's Address which is Shown on our Returns form which can be printed from the bottom of this Page

Please note: Returned items must be in a saleable and unused condition, ideally in the original packaging. Any items returned to us after the seven day cooling-off period will encounter a restocking charge of up to 30%.

 

Please also be aware that we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF FLEXIBLE FLUE LINERS (both for solid fuel and gas) and ANY BESPOKE ITEMS as these have been made and cut to specific customer requirements.

Returns, Cancellations and Replacements

We will happily receive returned goods that have been over-ordered or ordered by mistake, please note we will pass any return courier costs onto the customer for this. Please contact us if this is required and we will inform you of the costs.

Should you wish to cancel an order placed with us please let us know ASAP by telephone (you will find the number on the Contact us page) Cancelling orders normally incurs no cost unless products have been specially produced for you order. We will advise you of this on cancellation.

Please note that replacement items can only be sent FOC if the delivery has been signed for as damaged. Other than this any replacements and delivery cost will need to be met by the customer.

Distance Selling Regulations

Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days without giving a reason. The customer is responsible for all charges incurred returning goods, which will differ from that of the delivery charge. All other monies paid will be refunded within 30 days, The 7 day cancellation period will commence on the day following the customer receives their order. Goods must be returned in the same condition as delivered, therefore protection should not be removed and goods not cut or drilled or in poor condition. Boxed items must be returned complete, after 7 days a 25% handling charge will be applied to all returned goods.

Cut to measure and Special Manufactured goods are excluded from this clauses and are not returnable.
