Flexible Flue Liners
Ultraflex liners are all made of high-quality grade 1 stainless steel, twin-lined and produced to the highest standards. These chimney liners are designed to withstand high temperatures and have excellent resistance to corrosion.
Ultraflex produce the following different grade flue liners:
- 316/316 Stainless Steel
- 904/904 Stainless Steel
Each is designed to perform under various circumstances depending on the types of fuel used.
316/316 Grade flue liner
316 Grade Solid fuel/Multi fuel Flexible Chimney Liner is used to line an existing brick or masonry stack.
- Made of 316 grade stainless steel inner and 316 outer (triple lock).
- Suitable for burning fuels such as dried seasoned wood, gas, and oil.
- Comes with a lifetime warranty (conditions apply).
- It has a normal operating temperature of up to 600°C for solid fuel and 250°C for oil and gas.
- Product is HETAS approved
- Manufactured in the UK.
- Corrosion and crush-resistant.
Ultraflex 904 Grade Solid fuel/Multi-fuel Flexible Chimney Liner. Designed for lining an existing brick or masonry stack.
- Cosntructed of 904 grade stainless steel inner and 904 outer (triple lock).
- Suitable for burning the following fuels: dried seasoned wood, gas, oil.
- Liner benefits from a lifetime warranty (conditions apply).
- Normal operating temperature of up to 450°C for solid fuel and 250°C for oil and gas.
- A HETAS approved product, manufactured in the UK.
- Corrosion and crush resistant.

Proven Quality
Ultraflex liners and products have undergone rigorous quality testing. Our liner has been tested by BSRIA and holds the designation number EN1856-T450-P2-D-VML-L500-24-G.
The liner is capable of withstanding thermal shock up to 1000°C for a brief period during emergencies. However, in the event of a chimney fire, the product must be inspected by a competent individual before being reused. Such high temperatures can significantly impact the product's lifespan.
